REFUNDS

Our goal is to make sure you love your purchases, but we understand mistakes happen. If we send the wrong item or an item is defective, we will refund you or resend the damaged item. Please keep in mind that lashes are non returnable/refundable due to sanitary reasons. Original shipping fees will be deducted and are non refundable. 

  • All sales are FINAL (you can't change your mind and ask for a refund)
  • In the event that your item needs to be returned, you are responsible for shipping fees. (This is only if you decide to return an item)
  • If an item is sent to the incorrect address, we are NOT responsible for it.
  • Once USPS has your package, we are no longer responsible for it. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

  • Shipping varies on the country in which we are shipping to.
  • Processing takes 1-3 business days
  • Delivery/shipping takes 2-5 days depending on location 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you are placing an international order, Milla Cosmetics is not responsible for any damaged or lost items.
